Tomatoes and cream cheese tartar

During a lunch in Montpellier, my friend Caroline who is a vegetarian ordered the veggie version of the brunch, among the dishes was this cream cheese and tomatoes tartar, which looked so tasty. Once back home, I wanted to try it with fresh and dry tomatoes, a pinch of basil and cheep cream cheese for the original taste. The result is fresh and delicious, very simple to make, so let’s go !
