Discovering Marseille again

It seems that Marseille is the most famous french city after Paris, obviously because of the football, very appreciated in Asia, because once you say that you come from the South of France, not far from Marseille, most of the time people just recite football players’ names from OM team, as I barely know one, I just smile and say yes, that’s right.

So, to be honest, I’ve never really been to Marseille before this week where we went for a one day trip there.

I discovered this city again, with all the blue around, the sky, the sea, all the street-art, I also liked the different atmospheres depending on the neighborhoods, the Vieux Port, the Panier, the Mucem and also the new mall the Terrasses du Port.

Let’s walk around in silence, because I have a lot of pictures, starting with the beautiful church La Major and the esplanade of the Mucem museum, the museum of the civilisations and the Mediterranée sea, that I also crossed to reach the Fort Saint Jean and its orange corridors, from where we can admire the sea and the flowing boats.
