It’s still summer in Barcelona, well at least, it’s still hot enough to wear t-shirts and seat on terraces. So, this weekend, I enjoyed this nice weather and officially started the quest of the best brunches in Barcelona!
To start with this lovely little place in the Raval, a borough close by the Gotico in the center, Tropico.
The menu is not very long, but perfect for a breakfast or an exotic brunch, with different dishes inspired by south-american cuisine, but also the traditional Benedict eggs, really good, I already ordered them twice, next time I’ll try something else I promise!
I hadn’t drunk a lassi, and a lassi that good for a long time. Mango, with pistachios on top, almost like a desert.
A digestive walk was much needed after this “medio-dia” brunch as we say here in Spain. Between the Gotico and the Raval, a borough I really enjoy, for its cultural mix and lively, creative atmosphere.
Do you know any nice place to go for a brunch in Barcelona?
