DESTINATIONS Essaouira Morocco

Morroco, Essaouira harbour + travel tip #2

Next part of this trip to Morroco I did a few years ago, I visited Marrakech but also Essaouira, this lovely fishing harbour, with the traditional boats and the forteresses around the town. One day spent there, and quite a lot of hours in a bus to admire the beautiful Essaouira.

tip #2

Don’t be stopped by the unappealing look of a restaurant, standards are very different from a country to another, out of Europe they are generally lower. Which doesn’t mean that the food is bad, it may be the contrary. You may find an authentic place behind a dusty, oldish place, whereas the bright trendy cafe next door might be a tourist trap.
